Emily and Brodie’s wedding at Ravenwood was a heartfelt and joy-filled celebration, blending elegance with personal touches that made the day uniquely theirs. From the moment guests arrived, the love and care they poured into their wedding was evident. The ceremony was especially moving, with a touching “ring warming” tradition where their rings were passed through the hands of loved ones, filled with well wishes. One of the most special aspects of the day was their junior officiant, Brodie’s cousin Landon, who had been practicing for years to take on this meaningful role. Their flower girl, Emma, another former student of Emily’s, added even more warmth and significance to the ceremony.
The reception at Ravenwood was nothing short of unforgettable. The couple’s love for music shined through with an incredible live performance by their 90’s cover band, Dial Up, keeping guests dancing all night. The speeches, which they had been most excited for, were heartfelt and filled with laughter. Emily and her dad’s choreographed mash-up dance was a crowd favorite, adding a fun and lively moment to the night. Personal details—like table numbers featuring childhood photos, cocktail napkins printed with their funniest text exchanges, and cutouts of their beloved dogs—made the evening feel intimate and special. With incredible food, nonstop dancing, and all of their most important people in one place, Emily and Brodie’s wedding was truly a celebration to remember.
